Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fertility Coach Shraddha, we are committed to providing exceptional services and resources to support your fertility journey. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following guidelines apply to cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Requests:
   • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 days of registration or receiving access to our program, whichever comes first.
   • Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.
2. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation request is made within the 4-day window and is approved by our team.
   • If you have accessed downloadable materials, such as PDFs, diet plans, or other resources, a portion of the paid amount will be deducted before issuing a refund. The deduction will account for the value of the resources utilized.
   • Refunds will not be processed if you have participated in live sessions, workshops, or accessed substantial program content.
3. Deductions for Used Resources:
   • For any downloadable materials, personalized plans, or tools accessed before the cancellation request, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount to cover the cost of these resources. The exact amount will be communicated during the refund process.
4. Payment Obligations:
   • If you have opted for an EMI payment plan, you are required to complete all scheduled payments as agreed upon during registration.
   • Achieving pregnancy during the program does not exempt you from fulfilling payment obligations, as our resources remain valuable for ongoing support and health improvement.
5. Dissatisfaction with Services:
   • If you are not satisfied with the program or services offered, you must inform us within 3 days of accessing the program. After reviewing your concerns, our team will decide if a refund or alternative resolution is applicable.
6. Refund Processing:
   • Approved refunds, less any applicable deductions, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
7. Exceptions:
   • Refunds are not applicable for delays or interruptions caused by third-party service providers.
   • Refunds will not be provided for non-refundable items or resources that have already been accessed or downloaded.
